Most vendors treat Indian marketing regulation as a checkbox. We built Dhanur AI so that the non-compliant action is impossible to take: every outbound message, call and creative passes six gates enforced in the backend, not in the UI, and every gate decision is written to an append-only audit log we retain for seven years.

RERA

Fines up to 10% of project cost; refund liability for misleading ads

RERAGuard pre-flights every generated asset and outbound message. Nothing ships for a project whose registration isn't active and recently verified; every ad carries the registration number, and Maharashtra creatives carry the mandatory QR. The AI can only assert facts traceable to RERA filings or an approved brochure, never a returns promise, never a metro rumour.

DPDP Act 2023

Penalties up to ₹250 crore; consent is the only lawful basis in India

Consent is a first-class, append-only ledger, channel-specific, purpose-specific, with the exact text shown, timestamp and proof stored. Withdrawal is one tap, propagates everywhere, and triggers a 90-day cooling-off. Purchased lead lists have no consent chain, so we simply don't support them.

TCCCPR / TRAI & DLT

Number disconnection; a second strike is a one-year industry-wide blacklist

Voice goes out only on the regulated 140/1600 number series, only after the lead explicitly asked for a call, only against a fresh DND scrub. SMS content is template-bounded: the model fills DLT-registered variable slots and never authors the message frame. Complaint rates are monitored weekly with auto-pause well below the regulatory threshold.

Synthetic audio must be disclosed

Every AI voice call opens with an unskippable self-identification in the conversation language, logged per call. WhatsApp conversations carry the AI-assistant label in the header.
