Terms of Service

These terms govern access to dhanurai.com and the Dhanur AI platform operated by Prodigal AI. By using the service you agree to them.

Acceptable use. The platform may only be used to contact individuals for whom a valid, recorded consent basis exists. Uploading purchased or scraped contact databases is prohibited and grounds for termination.

Compliance. Dhanur AI enforces RERA, DPDP and TCCCPR-derived rules in software, but customers remain responsible for the accuracy of project information, RERA registrations and brochures they provide.

Billing. Plans are prepaid and metered. Usage caps are enforced by default; overage draws from the wallet at published rates.
