Save and Share on every image. Tap an image in Chat, Tasks, website chat or a post draft to open it with Save, and Share on phones (the share sheet has Save image, WhatsApp and Instagram). Before, only images made with AI had these, and other images opened in a bare tab that's hard to save from on a phone. Images for your posts
Add a photo to a draft from Tasks. Find a stock photo and Use my own photo now work on a waiting post in Tasks as well as in Chat. If one of them is switched off for that assistant, the card says so and links to where to turn it on.
The calendar says why a schedule won't run. A schedule on an assistant that isn't published yet shows Won't run yet on its days, with a link to publish it, and a week with nothing in it points to the next run.

A chat link that books first. Set your chat link to start with two buttons, Book a call and Ask a question, when its assistant can book on your Google Calendar. Copy the link tagged for where you put it: LinkedIn Featured, your Instagram bio, WhatsApp status or your website. Each enquiry, lead and booking then says where it came from, and Analytics counts them by place. Share a chat link
Put your link in LinkedIn Featured, a new step in the "Get clients and book calls" goal. It ticks itself once someone opens your tagged link.
Leads, with what each one cost. A new Leads page gathers everyone your assistants found, in stages: New, Qualified, Call booked, then Won or Lost. The same person enquiring twice stays one lead with its history. Each lead shows where it came from (your website, a chat link tagged LinkedIn Featured, an email) and the next step. It also shows what it has cost so far in credits. Export to CSV any time. Leads
Qualifying in the customer's own words. Tell each assistant what makes a good lead: up to five things, such as need, budget and timeline. After a conversation it rates the lead Qualified, Partly or Not, and shows why with the customer's own words. A quote that isn't really in the conversation is dropped, and the rating is worked out by rules, never guessed. The assistant can move a lead to Qualified; only you can mark it Won or Lost.
Cost per lead. Analytics has a Leads and cost view: leads, qualified leads, calls booked and clients won, with the cost of each. It's split by where they came from and by assistant. Add a deal's value when you win it to see what you won against what you spent. Home shows the week at a glance.
Follow-ups you approve. Each lead has one next step: an email, a call to make, or nothing to send. When a conversation goes quiet, the AI drafts the next email. Approve and send, Edit or Skip it on the lead or in Tasks. It goes from your Gmail, or the agent's own address, only to that lead and only in sending hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00). A reply or STOP cancels anything waiting, and the AI writes at most 2 follow-ups per lead. Next step
Speed-to-lead. A new lead from a form, HubSpot, a webhook or the API gets a first reply drafted within minutes, offering free times when the agent books calls. It waits for your OK, and Owners and Admins get an email saying it's ready. Or let it send itself at any hour. Each lead shows how long it took to get its first reply. Speed-to-lead
Reminders before booked calls. The agent emails the lead a reminder before the call, 3 hours by default, with the Meet link. A call deleted or declined in Google Calendar moves the lead back to Qualified. No-show on a lead drafts a short, kind message offering another time, for your OK. Reminders before the call
Keep Leads tidy.
- Owners and Admins can merge the same person saved twice, with a preview of which value each field keeps. Nothing is deleted: the other leads point to the one you keep.
- Lost asks why (not a fit, no budget, chose someone else, no reply, other), and Analytics counts the reasons.
- The AI suggests closing leads that aren't a fit, or that didn't answer 2 follow-ups. You close them, one at a time or all at once.
- A Lost lead that writes again is flagged Came back.
Leads
A morning leads email. At 9:00, Owners and Admins get one email per project: new and qualified leads, today's calls, follow-ups waiting, and leads waiting over a day with no reply. It has no phone numbers, emails or quotes. Turn it off for yourself with Daily email on the Leads page. The morning email
Meetings feed leads. When the meeting notetaker records a meeting with a lead, what it learns, such as a budget or a timeline, waits in the lead under From meetings, with the words said in the meeting. Nothing changes until you accept it. Meetings with a lead
IndiaMART enquiries (pilot). Send each IndiaMART enquiry to an agent through IndiaMART's Push API and a webhook. The agent saves it as a lead and checks it. It's tested with IndiaMART's documented fields, not yet with a live IndiaMART account. Get IndiaMART leads
16 templates, with example businesses. Seven new ones: discovery call booking, an agency enquiry desk, an appointment setter for warm leads, real-estate site visits, D2C product help, answers from your website, and festival and weekly posts for a shop. Every template now comes with an example business, what makes a good lead, ready checks in English and Hinglish, two example conversations and an estimate of a month's cost. Example data goes into your assistant only if you tick Start with example data. Templates
Goals ask what kind of business you run, and set up the template that fits.
Festival drafts. Ten days before a festival such as Navratri, Dussehra or Diwali, your Marketing assistant drafts a greeting post for that morning, and it waits for your OK. Skip any festival, or switch festival drafts off on the Calendar. Each draft costs about one reply's credits. Festival drafts
Your own dates on the Calendar. Add a sale, a launch or an event with its dates, and your weekly post plan works around it. Any festival or date of yours in the next two weeks shows under Coming up, with Draft a post for this day. Your own dates
A roomier Calendar. The week view uses the full width, so titles, times and labels no longer get cut off or spill out of their boxes. On smaller screens it scrolls sideways inside the calendar. The month view shows "+N more" when a day is full.
Safer scheduled posts:
- A post can't be scheduled without a LinkedIn or Instagram connection, and the card warns you if your LinkedIn sign-in ends before the post's time.
- Pause all on the Calendar holds every scheduled post until you resume. Disconnecting an account sends its scheduled posts back to wait for you.
- Each post is checked again when it goes out. If its assistant was paused, the tool was switched off or a
{{…}} gap is still in the text, it doesn't go, and you get an email saying why.
- Approve the week schedules every waiting post in the week at its suggested time, after showing you the list.
