Capabilities

What it does

  • Workspaces and projects

    Live

Keep each team's agents together in a project inside your company workspace.

  • Agent builder

    Live

Start from a template, such as Support desk, Lead qualifier or Saree and clothing store, or a blank agent. Give it a name, a description and instructions in plain language.

  • Start from a goal

    Live

On Home, pick what you want help with: get clients and book calls, post on LinkedIn and Instagram, answer every enquiry, or follow up leads. We set up the agent, its tools and its schedule, and a checklist says what's live, what needs you and what isn't available yet.

  • Model choice

    Live

Choose how smart each agent is: Smart (the low-cost default), Smarter or Smartest. The builder shows about what a reply costs on each. All three run on Anthropic's Claude models.

  • Tools with per-tool approval

    Live

Choose the tools an agent may use. For each one, decide whether it runs freely, asks first, or asks and then runs by itself after a waiting time.

  • Autonomy limit

    Live

Cap how many steps an agent may take on one message. At the limit, it stops and hands the task to your team.

  • Test chat

    Live

Talk to the draft in a test chat where nothing is really sent. Each reply shows what happened, step by step, and what it cost in rupees.

  • Photos and PDFs in chats

    Live

Send an agent up to 3 photos or PDFs with a message, such as a bill or a damaged parcel, in the test chat, Team chat, website chat or the API. Phones can use the camera. Files are kept for 90 days.

  • Evaluations

    Live

Group the messages customers send into test sets with checks, run them in test mode, compare runs, and block publishing until the sets that must pass have passed.

  • Find the cheapest level that passes

    Live

Run a test set on Smart, Smarter and Smartest at once, see each level's score and what a conversation costs, and switch to the cheapest level that passes in one click.

  • Daily quality checks

    Live

Each morning, a sample of yesterday's real conversations is checked against plain rules, your never-say list and rules of your own. See the passing rate and the rules missed, and get an email when it drops below your bar.

  • Publish, with version history

    Live

Edit a draft while the published version stays as it is. Every publish is kept as a version, and you can pause and resume a live agent.

  • Make an earlier version live again

    Live

If a change made an agent worse, put an earlier version back live in one click. It is saved as a new version, so the history stays complete.

  • Follow up when a customer goes quiet

    Live

An agent emails a customer who stopped replying, at most twice, checked by you first unless you choose otherwise. A reply of STOP ends them for good.

  • Replies in the customer's language

    Live

Agents reply in English, Hindi or Hinglish, whichever the customer writes in, and say they are AI in their first reply.

  • Leads list

    Live

Leads an agent saves appear in a list for that agent, with leads from test chats marked.

  • AI builder

    Live

Describe a task in a sentence and get a first draft of the agent to edit, or improve its instructions with AI.

How it works

From setup to results

  1. 1

    Describe the job

Start from a template or a blank agent, and write the instructions the way you would brief a new hire.

  2. 2

    Set its limits

Choose the model, the tools it may use, which of them need your approval, and its autonomy limit.

  3. 3

    Test it safely

Chat with the draft in the test chat. Nothing is really sent, and you can see each step and its cost.

  4. 4

    Publish

Publish when you are happy. Keep improving the draft; the live version changes only when you publish again.

Questions

About agents

Can I build an agent today?

Yes. Create a workspace, open Agents and start from a template or a blank agent. Owners, admins and builders can build, test and publish agents.

Where do customers talk to a published agent?

On your website through the chat widget, on a chat page with its own link and QR code, on WhatsApp, or from your own systems through the API, schedules and webhooks. Before you publish, you try each agent in the test chat.

Will an agent act without asking me?

Only where you allow it. Each tool has its own approval setting, and the autonomy limit stops an agent that takes too many steps on one message.

Which AI models can an agent use?

You choose how smart each agent is: Smart, Smarter or Smartest. New agents start on Smart, the lowest cost. All three are Anthropic Claude models. Using your own model keys is planned.

Do I need to write code?

No. Agents are set up with plain-language instructions and simple settings.
