What is an AI employee?

An AI agent with one clear job, such as answering order questions or chasing payments. It follows your instructions, uses only the tools you allow, asks before sensitive actions, and every task it does is recorded with its cost.

What can I use today?

Early access is open: you can build agents from templates, test them in a chat that sends nothing, publish them, approve their actions in the tasks inbox and see the rupee cost of every task. Connected apps are in pilot for a small number of workspaces. The feature status page lists everything.

Can my customers talk to my agents yet?

Yes. Turn on website chat for a published agent and paste one line into your site, or send them a share link or QR code with nothing to install. Agents answer email too, and WhatsApp is in pilot — ask us and we connect a number. Before you publish, you try each agent in the test chat.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe the job in plain language and start from a template, then adjust the settings you care about.

What does it cost?

There is no monthly fee: you pay for what your agents do, from prepaid credits in rupees. Every new workspace gets ₹25 of free credits, top-ups start at ₹50 plus GST, and each task shows its price. See the pricing page for the full list.

Where is my data stored, and is it used for training?

Our app servers are in Mumbai and our databases are in Bengaluru, India. Photos and PDFs sent in chats are stored with DigitalOcean in New York, and a few services we rely on, such as email delivery and AI models, process data outside India; the security page names them. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Dhanur AI works in any modern browser, and you can install it on your phone or computer like an app.
