Dhanur AI ("we") is operated by Prodigal AI. This policy describes how we handle personal data on dhanurai.com and in the Dhanur AI platform, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect. Website: contact details you submit and basic analytics. Platform: lead and conversation data processed on behalf of our customers, who remain the data fiduciaries; Dhanur AI acts as a data processor.

Consent. All outbound engagement through the platform is gated on recorded, channel- and purpose-specific consent held in an append-only ledger. Withdrawal is honoured immediately and propagated to connected systems.

Storage. Personal data of Indian data principals is stored in India. Call recordings default to 90-day retention and are hard-deleted on erasure requests.
