Delete your data

When a workspace connects an account to post from, we keep:

• The account's id, and its username or name. From Instagram we receive only the account's id, username and type, to show which account is connected and to post to it. From LinkedIn we receive only the connected person's name and member id, to show whose profile is connected and to post as them.
• The access token the app gives us, so that we can post. It is encrypted in our database in Bengaluru, India.
• The posts you approved, with their links. Each post a person approves, with its caption or text, stays in the workspace's history, and we keep the link to each post we publish. A photo sent in a chat for a post is deleted 90 days after it was sent, like every file sent in chats.

We never receive your Instagram or LinkedIn password, and we can't read your messages there.

Either of these deletes our copy of the connection straight away. You don't need to ask us.

1. In Dhanur AI: go to Integrations → Instagram → Disconnect (or LinkedIn). That deletes our copy of the access token and the account's details: its id, and its username or name. A workspace Owner or Admin can do this.
2. In Instagram: go to Settings → Apps and websites and remove Dhanur AI-IG. Meta then tells us, and we delete the connection automatically, in every workspace it was connected to.

Neither deletes posts that are already published on Instagram or LinkedIn; delete those there. The posts you approved stay in the workspace's history; section 3 says how to have them deleted.

You can't yet delete a whole workspace, with its conversations, files and the posts it approved, or your account, from inside the app: it is planned. Until then, we do it for you.

• Or message us on WhatsApp at +91 83750 34891. We may ask you to confirm from that email address that it is you.

We will respond within 30 days, as our Privacy Policy says. We keep only what the law makes us keep, such as invoices and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require (section 9).

When you remove our app in Instagram, Meta asks us to delete your data and gives you a link back to this page with a confirmation code. Opening that link shows the request we received and what we deleted. If you have a question about it, write to outreach@prodigalai.com with the code.
