Agents that hand work to each other

Put several agents on one team. Each keeps its own job and settings, and hands a conversation to the teammate who knows best, with fixed rules where you need them.

Capabilities

What it does

  • Workforce canvas

    Live

Place your agents on a canvas and draw who hands over to whom. On a phone, read the team as a simple list.

  • Hand-overs in plain words

    Live

Say when an agent should pass the conversation on, such as “the customer asks about an invoice”. The next agent gets a short note and answers with its own settings.

  • Conditions

    Live

Send messages by fixed rules, without AI: words in the message, a message written in Hindi, or a task field an agent filled in.

  • A safety stop for loops

    Live

Agents can pass one message around only a few times. After that, a person on your team takes over.

  • Test, publish and version history

    Live

Test the team on drafts without sending anything, and see the path and every step. Each published version keeps the agent versions it runs.

  • Team chat, the API and triggers

    Live

Talk to a live team in Team chat, call it from your own code, or start it on a schedule or a webhook.

  • Website chat and share links for a team

    Live

Put a whole team behind the chat window on your website, or behind a chat page with its own link and QR code.

  • Test sets for a team

    Live

Saved cases and must-pass checks for a whole workforce, with checks for which agent answered and whether a hand-over happened.

How it works

From setup to results

  1. 1

    Add your agents

Pick agents from the project. Each keeps its instructions, knowledge, memory and approvals.

  2. 2

    Draw the hand-overs

Connect the agents and write when each one should pass the conversation on.

  3. 3

    Sort with conditions

Where a rule is fixed, such as Hindi messages to one agent, add a condition instead.

  4. 4

    Test, then publish

Tests use drafts and send nothing. Publishing pins the agent versions the team runs.

Questions

About workforces

Do I need a workforce, or is one agent enough?

Start with one agent. A workforce helps when a job has distinct parts, such as a front desk handing billing questions to an accounts agent.

What stops agents passing a message around forever?

Each message can be handed over only a few times (five by default). After that, the task is marked for a person on your team.

Do approvals still work inside a team?

Yes. Each agent keeps its own approval settings, so a reply or an email that needs your yes waits in Tasks, whichever agent wrote it.
