How credits work
- 1 credit = ₹1. Your agents use credits as they work, and each task shows exactly what it used.
- Every new workspace gets ₹25 of free credits. No card needed to start.
- Top up any amount from ₹50 to ₹1,00,000 by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay.
- GST (18%) is added when you buy credits, never on usage. You get a tax invoice from Prodigal AI Technologies Private Limited.
- Credits don't expire. The oldest are used first, so nothing is left stranded.
- We email you when credits run low. At zero, agents stop taking new work and customers are told your team will reply.
A top-up can be refunded within 7 days if none of its credits have been used. Read the cancellation and refund policy and the terms of service.
Top-ups
Pick a pack or enter any amount in the app. Bigger top-ups come with bonus credits; GST applies only to what you pay. “Roughly” counts replies from a Smart agent and nothing else: a WhatsApp or email reply also carries that channel’s own fee, in the table below.
