Service Delivery Policy

This is our shipping and delivery policy. It explains how and when you receive Dhanur AI Workforce, which Prodigal AI Technologies Private Limited provides under the Dhanur AI brand. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1.What we sell
We sell online software services only. We do not sell physical goods, nothing is shipped to you, and there are no shipping charges.
2.How the service is delivered
The service is delivered online at dhanurai.com and app.dhanurai.com. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or with your Google account. You need an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser.
3.When your access starts
- Free plans and early access: available as soon as you sign in and create a workspace.
- Paid plans, and prepaid credits or top-ups if offered: activated right after a successful payment. We confirm the activation by email to your registered address.
4.Where we provide the service
We offer the service to businesses in India. Because nothing is shipped, your location does not affect how quickly you get access.
5.If your paid service is not active
If a paid plan or top-up is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to outreach@prodigalai.com or call +91 96548 13810 with your Razorpay payment reference. We will activate it, or refund you under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
