Capabilities

What it does

  • Connected apps, in pilot

    Live

More than 2,000 apps through Pipedream Connect, such as Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Gmail and Notion. Open to a small number of workspaces while we test.

  • App actions for agents, in pilot

    Live

Admins connect each account on the app's own sign-in screen. Builders add specific actions to an agent, fix some inputs, such as which spreadsheet, and let the agent fill the rest.

  • Approval rules for app actions, in pilot

    Live

Actions that only read run freely by default, actions that change data ask first, and deletes always ask. Every action is logged with its cost.

  • Website chat widget

    Live

Paste one line into your website to add a chat window answered by your published agent or workforce. Only the sites you list can show it, and it always says it is an AI assistant. You can let visitors send photos and PDFs.

  • Share link and QR code

    Live

No website? Turn on a chat page with its own link, share it on WhatsApp or print its QR code for your counter. Search engines don't list it unless you allow it.

  • WhatsApp, in pilot

    Live

Agents and workforces answer customers on a WhatsApp number that our team connects, say they are an AI, respect STOP, and show delivery ticks. After WhatsApp's 24-hour window, your team sends an approved template from the task.

  • Your own WhatsApp number, and approvals from WhatsApp

    Next

Connect your WhatsApp Business number yourself, and approve or reject an agent's actions from a WhatsApp message.

  • Answer customer emails

    Live

Give an agent its own email address and forward your Gmail, Outlook or Zoho inbox to it. It replies by email, with approvals if you want them, or just handles each email for your team.

  • Appointments on Google Calendar

    Live

Agents offer your free times and book the one a customer picks, with a calendar invite. In early access: Google shows an "unverified app" warning when you connect, until we complete its verification.

  • Outreach from your own Gmail

    Live

Emails to a list of business contacts, written for each person, with up to two follow-ups that stop when they reply. In early access: Google shows an "unverified app" warning when you connect, until we complete its verification.

  • Slack and HubSpot

    Live

Your team asks an agent questions in Slack, and leads an agent saves become HubSpot contacts. HubSpot is in early access while it reviews our app.

    Live

Connect your LinkedIn, and an agent drafts posts, with a free stock photo or your own if you like. Each post waits in Tasks until you approve it, and goes to your own profile. Posting as a company page needs LinkedIn's approval, which we haven't applied for. LinkedIn asks you to reconnect every 60 days.

  • Create images

    Paused

Making product photos and posters with AI is switched off for now. Agents can use a free stock photo or your own instead. We'll say in the changelog when it's back.

  • Meeting notetaker

    Live

Paste a Meet, Zoom, Teams or Webex link; an AI notetaker joins and says it is recording, and the agent writes the notes and action items.

  • Schedules and webhooks

    Live

Start a live agent's task at set times, or when another system sends data.

  • Start an agent when something happens

    Live

A lead saved, an appointment booked, a task handed over or failed, an outreach reply or meeting notes can start an agent, with filters. So can new HubSpot contacts, new rows in a Google Sheet shared by link, and Razorpay, Shopify and WooCommerce webhooks.

  • API keys and a run API

    Live

Give a live agent work from your own code with a project API key, and read the reply.

  • Razorpay payment links

    Planned

Create a payment link for a customer and share it in the conversation.

  • MCP servers

    Live

Give agents the tools of your own MCP server, with an approval setting for each (public https servers with a key; OAuth sign-in later). Claude Code, Codex or Cursor can also connect to Dhanur AI's own MCP server to build and run your agents.

  • Voice and phone agents

    Planned

Agents that speak with customers on calls.

How it works

How it works

Parts of this work today and the rest is still to come. The badges above show which is which.

  1. 1

    Connect an app

A workspace admin signs in to the app, such as Google Sheets, on its own sign-in screen.

  2. 2

    Add actions to an agent

Pick the actions the agent may use, fix inputs such as which sheet, and let the agent fill the rest.

  3. 3

    Keep the approval rules

Reads run freely by default, changes ask first and deletes always ask. You can make an action stricter.

  4. 4

    Test, then publish

Test chats run read-only actions for real and simulate changes, so you can check before you publish.

Questions

About channels and integrations

Can I connect WhatsApp today?

WhatsApp is in pilot for a small number of workspaces: our team connects a number to your agent or workforce, and it answers customers there. Email us to join. Connecting your own number from the app, and approving actions from WhatsApp, are next.

Which apps can I connect?

Workspaces in the pilot can connect more than 2,000 apps through Pipedream Connect, including Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Gmail, Notion and LinkedIn. The pilot is open to a small number of workspaces while we test. It opens to every workspace after the pilot.

Does Dhanur AI keep my app passwords?

No. You sign in on the app's own screen. We keep the account name and its status, not your password or sign-in tokens.

Is there an API?

Yes. With a project API key, your own systems can give work to your live agents and workforces, run your own tools, and read the results.

Try it in your own workspace

Create a workspace in a minute. What is live works straight away, and the rest appears as it opens. It starts with ₹25 of free credits and no card, then you pay as you go.
