For any service business
An AI that books appointments on your Google Calendar
About ₹2.17 a reply on the Smart level. ₹25 of free credits, then pay as you go. What it costs
Who it's for
Is this you?
- Consultants, coaches, tutors and agencies booking calls
- Salons, studios and clinics booking visits
- Real-estate teams booking site visits
- Anyone whose diary lives in Google Calendar
The problem
In your words
- Fixing one meeting takes five messages back and forth.
- People ask for a slot after hours, and I reply the next day.
- Some people don't turn up, and I don't have time to chase them.
- I don't want to share my whole calendar with a stranger.
An example, not a customer
An example interior design studio in Kochi
A three-person studio that offers 45-minute consultation calls. The studio is made up, to show how the jobs fit together. Every step uses something that is live today.
Mon, 9:10 pm
Answers a late enquiry
A visitor on the website chat asks what designing a 2BHK costs and whether they can talk to a designer. The agent answers from the studio's packages page and offers three open times, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm, as the studio set.
Mon, 9:12 pm
Books the call
The visitor picks Wednesday at 11 am and gives a name and email. The agent checks the time is still open and books it with a Google Meet link. The visitor gets a calendar invite.
Tue, 10:00 am
Books from a chat link
Someone taps Book a call on the chat link in the studio's profile bio and picks a time. The booking says which link it came from.
Wed, 8:00 am
Sends a reminder
Three hours before the call, the agent emails the visitor a reminder with the time in India time and the Meet link.
Wed, 3:20 pm
Handles a no-show
A client booked for 3 pm doesn't join. The designer selects No-show on the lead, and the AI drafts a short message offering other times. It waits for the designer's OK.
Thu, 10:30 am
Notices a cancellation
A client declines Friday's invitation. Within about half an hour the lead moves back to Qualified, and no reminder goes.
What it does
Each job, and where it stands today
Live works in the app today. Pilot works today for a small number of workspaces. Next is being built now. Planned is on the plan, with no date.
Offer open times from Google Calendar
LiveIn the hours, days and appointment length you set, with a gap after each, the least notice you need and how far ahead people may book. In early access: Google shows an unverified-app warning when you connect.
How it worksBook the time the customer picks
LiveChecks the time is still open, then books it with their name and phone or email. A customer who gives an email gets a calendar invite.
How it worksAdd a Google Meet link
LiveFor calls, each booking can get a Meet link, sent with the invite and given to the customer.
Book straight away, or ask first
LiveBookings go straight onto your calendar unless you choose to approve each one in Tasks.
A chat link that opens with Book a call
LiveYour chat link can start with Book a call and Ask a question. Copy it tagged for each place you put it, and each booking says where it came from.
How it worksEmail a reminder before the call
Live3 hours before unless you change it, up to 48, with the Meet link. It needs the customer's email address.
How it worksNotice cancellations and no-shows
LiveA deleted or declined event moves the lead back to Qualified. After a no-show, the AI drafts a message offering another time, for your OK.
How it worksSee the week's bookings
LiveThe Calendar page shows the week's booked calls in India time, and where a booking came from when it used a tagged chat link.
How it worksRemind on WhatsApp
PlannedNot built yet. Reminders go by email today.
Book over a phone call
PlannedVoice and phone agents are planned, with no date.
Every feature and its status is on the feature status page.
You stay in charge
What stays with you
- Your hours, days, appointment length and notice period. The agent books only inside them.
- Whether bookings go straight in or wait for your OK.
- Whether reminders send on their own, as they do unless you change it, or wait for you.
- After a no-show, the message offering another time waits for your OK, unless you let emails to leads send on their own.
- Questions it can't answer go to your team with the reason.
Before you decide
Good to know
- While you connect Google Calendar, Google says it hasn't verified our app yet. Select Continue to go on. Until Google's review is complete, at most 100 Google accounts can connect.
- It books on a Google Calendar that the connected account owns. It sees only when you are busy, never what your other events are.
- Test chats never book. The agent reads your real open times, but a test booking is only pretend.
- It doesn't take phone calls, and answering on WhatsApp is a pilot.
