Connect Google, Slack and HubSpot
LiveSign in to Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack or HubSpot once, so your agents can book appointments, send outreach, answer your team and fill in your CRM.
Early access. All four are live. Google and HubSpot haven't finished reviewing Dhanur AI's app yet, so they show a warning while you connect:
- Google says it hasn't verified the app. Select Continue. Until we complete Google's verification, at most 100 Google accounts can connect.
- HubSpot says the app is unverified and asks you to type I accept the risk. Type it and select Connect. Until our HubSpot listing is approved, at most 25 HubSpot accounts can connect.
These four apps connect straight to Dhanur AI with the app's own sign-in. They are separate from the connected apps pilot.
| App | What your agents can do | What Dhanur AI can see |
|---|---|---|
| Google Calendar | Offer free times and book appointments | When you are free or busy, the names of your calendars, and the events the agent creates. Not what your other events are. |
| Gmail | Send outreach from your own address | Nothing in your mailbox. It can only send. |
| Slack | Answer your team in Slack | Messages that mention the app, and direct messages to it. |
| HubSpot | Copy leads and look up contacts | Contacts, and the notes the agent adds. |
Connect an app
You need the Owner or Admin role.
- Open Integrations.
- Under Google, Slack and HubSpot, select Connect next to the app.
- Sign in on the app's own page and allow what it asks. Leave every box ticked: an app connected without a permission it needs is refused, and you are asked to connect again.
- You come back to Integrations, with the account listed as Connected.
The connection only completes for the person who started it, signed in to Dhanur AI in the same browser. A link sent to someone else can't connect their account to your workspace.
You can connect more than one Google or HubSpot account. A Slack workspace connects to one Dhanur AI workspace at a time.
When a connection needs attention
If an app stops accepting the connection, for example because someone removed access in the app, it shows Reconnect needed with the reason. Agents that use it tell customers the team will follow up instead of failing silently. Select Reconnect and sign in again; your agents' settings stay as they were.
Disconnect
Select Disconnect next to the account. Dhanur AI deletes its permission and asks the app to cancel it. Agents that used it stop booking, sending, answering or syncing through it.
Google counts Calendar and Gmail as one permission for your Google account. While the same account is still connected for the other one, disconnecting only removes it from Dhanur AI; disconnect both to cancel it at Google too. You can always remove access yourself in your Google, Slack or HubSpot account settings.
Security
- Dhanur AI never sees your password. The app gives us a permission, which is stored encrypted and used only by the engine that runs your agents.
- Gmail is connected with permission to send only, never to read your mailbox. Replies reach the agent through its own email address.
- Google Calendar is connected with permission to see free and busy times only, and to create events on calendars you own.
- Every connection and disconnection is recorded in your workspace's audit log.
