Create a project

You need the Owner or Admin role.

Note. During early access, each workspace has 1 project, and Main project already uses it. Until your plan allows more, the steps below end with a message asking you to write to us. Email outreach@prodigalai.com if you need another project.

1. Select Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, scroll the menu bar at the top to Settings.
2. Choose Projects.
3. Select New project.
4. Enter a Name of at least 2 characters, for example "Sales team".
5. Select Create project.

The new project appears in the list. To start working in it, select Switch on its row. Once a workspace has more than one project, you can also switch from the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar.

Rename a project

1. In Settings, then Projects, select the pencil button on the project's row.
2. Change the Name.
3. Select Save.

If something goes wrong

• "Your plan allows 1 project. Write to outreach@prodigalai.com if you need more.": your workspace has reached its project limit.
• "Give the project a name of at least 2 characters.": use a longer name.
• No New project button: only Owners and Admins can create projects.
