Create another workspace

Anyone who is signed in can create a workspace. You will be its Owner.

1. At the top of the sidebar, select the workspace switcher. It shows your current workspace and project names. On a phone, it is at the top left.
2. Choose New workspace at the bottom of the menu.
3. In the New workspace box, enter a Name of at least 2 characters.
4. Tick I agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy for this workspace.
5. Select Create workspace.

The new workspace opens straight away, with you as its Owner and one project called Main project. Your other workspaces stay exactly as they were. You can move between them from the same switcher. See Switch workspace or project.

Each workspace has its own seats and projects. During early access, that is 2 seats and 1 project per workspace.

If something goes wrong

• The Create workspace button is greyed out: the name is shorter than 2 characters, or the box isn't ticked.
• "Please accept the Terms and the Privacy Policy to continue.": tick the box and try again.
