Remove a member

You need the Owner or Admin role. Admins can remove Admins, Builders and Viewers. Only Owners can remove an Owner.

1. Select Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, scroll the menu bar at the top to Settings.
2. Choose Members.
3. On the person's row, select the ⋯ (more actions) button.
4. Choose Remove from workspace.
5. Confirm when your browser asks "Remove (name)?".

The person loses access to the workspace at once, and their seat is freed. Their Dhanur AI account and any other workspaces they belong to are not affected.

To bring them back later, invite them again.

Cancel an invite instead

If the person hasn't signed in yet, they show as "Invited, waiting for sign-in". Select Revoke on that row instead.

If something goes wrong

• "You can't remove this member.": your role doesn't allow it. For example, an Admin can't remove an Owner.
• "A workspace needs at least one owner.": this person is the only Owner. Make someone else an Owner first. See Change a role.
• No ⋯ button on the row: your role can't remove that person.
