Use Dhanur AI on your phone

On a phone, Dhanur AI shows a bar at the bottom of the screen with five tabs: Today, To do, Leads, Chat and More. The same is true in the Android app and when you open app.dhanurai.com in your phone's browser. On a laptop nothing changes: the menu stays on the left.

Once one of your agents is published, the app opens on Today.

Today

Today answers two questions on one screen: is your assistant working, and does anything need you?

Waiting for you. If anything needs a person, a yellow box at the top says how many and opens To do. If nothing does, it says so.
Today's numbers: new leads, conversations with customers, posts that went out and calls booked for today. Tap a number to open that list.
Credits: what the whole workspace used today and what is left. If the balance is low, it says Low.
What happened today: new conversations, new leads, posts that went out and conversations handed to a person, newest first. Tap one to open it.

Today counts only real work: test chats in the builder, Team chat and test leads are left out. Phone numbers and email addresses are hidden on Today. Open a lead or a conversation to see them, as your role allows.

The day is India time. Everyone in the workspace can see Today, Viewers included.

To do

To do is one list of everything waiting for a person, in the order to do it:

A customer waiting for a person. An agent handed the conversation over and told the customer someone will reply. Reply yourself opens the conversation.
Replies and posts waiting for your OK, oldest first. Each one shows what the customer said and the agent's draft. You can change the text, then Approve or Reject right there, the same as on a task's page. Posts keep their photo and their time. If a draft is offensive or wrong, Report sends it to the Dhanur AI team.
Emails to leads waiting in draft. Open the lead takes you to the draft.
Problems, such as a post that didn't go through or a connection to reconnect. The button is the one thing to do about it, the same as in Needs attention.

The number on the To do tab is how many things are waiting. It updates every minute while the app is open.

To do is for the people who approve and reply: Owners, Admins, Managers and Builders. A Viewer doesn't have the tab.

Leads and Chat

Leads is your leads page and Chat is where you talk to your assistant: the same pages as on a laptop.

More has everything else, as one list: My businesses (if you run more than one), the full Home, Goals, Agents, Knowledge, Tasks, Calendar, Analytics, Integrations, Tools, Workforces, Settings, Feedback and Help.

At the top of the screen, the business name opens the menu to switch business, and your picture opens your account menu.
