To report a problem or suggest a feature, open the Feedback page in the app. You can also vote on ideas and answer polls there, and see our public roadmap.

What to include

A few details help us answer on the first reply:

• the email address you sign in with;
• your Workspace ID, found under Settings, then General, then Details;
• what you were trying to do, and the exact message you saw;
• your device and browser, for example "Android, Chrome" or "iPhone, Safari".

Never send us a sign-in code. We will never ask for one.

Privacy and data requests

To access, correct or delete your personal data, write from your registered email address to the same address, or call the same number. Our Grievance Officer can be reached there too. See Data and privacy.

Security reports

If you think your account has been misused, or you have found a security weakness, email or call us straight away.
