LiveSign in with a one-time email code or with Google. This page covers the limits, how long you stay signed in and how to sign out.
Dhanur AI has no passwords. You prove who you are with a code sent to your email, or with your Google account. Signing in and signing up are the same step. The first time you sign in, we create your account.
Sign in with an email code
- Go to app.dhanurai.com/login. The page says Welcome to Dhanur AI.
- Enter your email and select Continue with email.
- Check your inbox. The subject line starts with your code, for example "123456 is your Dhanur AI sign-in code".
- Type or paste the code into Sign-in code. You are signed in as soon as the sixth digit is in. You can also select Sign in.
If you paste a code with a space in the middle, that's fine. We ignore the space.
The code screen has two more options:
- Use another email takes you back so you can fix a typo.
- Send a new code emails you a fresh code. The new code replaces the old one, and the old one stops working.
The sign-in page never says whether an account exists for an email address. Everyone sees the same screens.
Code rules
| Rule | Limit |
|---|---|
| Code length | 6 digits |
| Valid for | 10 minutes after it is sent |
| Uses | Once |
| Wrong tries | After 5 wrong tries, the code stops working. Request a new one. |
| Codes for one email address | 5 per hour |
| Code requests from one network | 30 per hour |
We store only a scrambled (hashed) form of each code, never the code itself.
Sign in with Google
Continue with Google appears under the email button when Google sign-in is switched on.
- Select Continue with Google.
- Google asks you to choose an account. Pick the one you want to use.
- Google sends you back to Dhanur AI, signed in.
Dhanur AI asks Google only for your basic profile: your name, email address, profile picture and whether Google has verified the address. It gets no access to your Gmail, Drive or Calendar, and it never sees your Google password.
A few rules apply:
- Google must have verified the email address. If it hasn't, sign-in stops with "Google did not confirm this email address."
- It's one account either way. If you already signed in with an email code, choosing a Google account with the same address opens that same account and links Google to it.
- Finish within 10 minutes. The Google sign-in link expires after 10 minutes and works once. If it expires, start again from the sign-in page.
How long you stay signed in
A sign-in lasts 30 days on that browser. After 30 days, you sign in again, even if you used the app that day.
Each browser and device has its own sign-in. Your session is kept in one cookie, dh_session, which scripts on the page cannot read.
Sign out
You can sign out in either of these places:
- Open the account menu and choose Sign out. On a computer, the account menu is your name at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, it is your picture at the top right.
- Go to Settings, choose Your profile, and select Sign out next to Session.
Signing out ends the session on our servers, not just in your browser, and takes you back to the sign-in page.
It only signs out the browser you are using. Other devices stay signed in until you sign out there or their 30 days run out.
Note. There is no button yet to sign out of every device at once. If you have lost a device, email outreach@prodigalai.com and we will help.
