Switch workspace

1. At the top of the sidebar, select the workspace switcher. It shows your current workspace and project names. On a phone, it is at the top left.
2. Under Workspaces, choose the workspace you want. Each one shows your role in it, and the current one has a tick.

The app opens that workspace's Home, in its default project.

Switch project

Pick whichever way suits you:

• From the switcher: open the workspace switcher and choose a project under Projects. This list only appears when the workspace has more than one project.
• From Settings: go to Settings, then Projects, and select Switch on the project's row. The project you are in is marked Current.

The app remembers your workspace and project on this device until you sign out. Your other devices keep their own choice.

Missing a workspace?

• You were invited but it isn't listed: sign out and sign in again with the invited email address. Invites are accepted when you sign in.
• It has disappeared: you may have left it, or someone removed you. Ask one of its Owners or Admins to invite you again.
• You want a new one: choose New workspace in the same menu. See Create another workspace.
