Install the app
LiveAdd Dhanur AI to your phone's home screen or your computer, and see what happens when you are offline.
Dhanur AI is a web app that you can install. Once installed, it opens in its own window with its own icon and no browser address bar. You don't need an app store, and updates arrive on their own.
There are two things you can install:
- The app at app.dhanurai.com installs as Dhanur AI Workforce. This is the one you want for day-to-day work.
- The website at dhanurai.com installs as Dhanur AI. The website footer has an Install Dhanur AI button for this.
Android (Chrome)
- Open app.dhanurai.com in Chrome and sign in.
- Tap your picture at the top right to open the account menu.
- Choose Install app, then confirm in the box Chrome shows.
If Install app isn't in the menu, open Chrome's own menu (the three dots) and choose the install or Add to Home screen option. The wording depends on your Chrome version.
iPhone and iPad (Safari)
Safari doesn't let websites offer an install button, so the account menu won't show Install app. Instead:
- Open app.dhanurai.com in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add.
Open Dhanur AI from the new icon on your home screen. The first time you open it, you may need to sign in again.
Computer (Chrome and Edge)
- Open app.dhanurai.com and sign in.
- Open the account menu. It is your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
- Choose Install app, then confirm with Install.
You can also use the install icon at the right end of the address bar.
The app opens in its own window, and you can pin it to your taskbar or dock.
Safari on a Mac: choose File, then Add to Dock (macOS Sonoma or later). Firefox can't install web apps, so use Dhanur AI in a normal tab.
About the Install app item
- Install app appears in the account menu only when your browser says the app can be installed. It disappears once you have installed it.
- Safari and Firefox never show it. Use the steps above for Safari.
Shortcuts
The installed app has two shortcuts: Home, and Team, which opens Settings, then Members. On Android, press and hold the app icon to see them. On a computer, right-click the app's icon in the taskbar or dock. Not every system shows shortcuts.
When you are offline
Dhanur AI needs an internet connection. Pages and workspace data always come fresh from our servers, and none of your workspace data is saved on the device for offline use.
If you open the app, or go to another page, without a connection, you see You are offline with the message "Dhanur AI needs a connection. Check your network and try again." When you are back online, select Try again.
To help the app start quickly, only the offline page, the app icons and the app's own code files are kept on your device.
Uninstall
Remove Dhanur AI the way you remove any other app on your device. On a computer, you can also uninstall from the menu in the app window. Uninstalling doesn't delete your account or your workspaces.
