Your profile

To open your profile, use either of these:

• Open the account menu and choose Profile. On a computer, the account menu is your name at the bottom of the sidebar. On a phone, it is your picture at the top right.
• Go to Settings, then Your profile.

You have one profile across all your workspaces. If you change your name, every workspace shows the new one.

Your name

The Your profile section is "How teammates see you."

1. Change the name in the box.
2. Select Save. You'll see "Saved."

Names can be 2 to 80 characters long. Extra spaces are removed.

Your starting name depends on how you first signed in:

• Email code: the part of your email address before the @.
• Google: the name on your Google account.

Your picture

If you have signed in with Google, your picture comes from your Google account. Otherwise, the app shows your initials. You can't upload a picture yet.

Account

The Account section shows:

• Email: the address you sign in with. You can't change it in the app. If you need to, email outreach@prodigalai.com.
• Workspaces: how many workspaces you belong to.
• Session: a Sign out button for this browser. See Sign in.

Closing your account

Planned. You will be able to export and delete your data yourself. For now, write to outreach@prodigalai.com from your registered email address. Our Privacy Policy says account data is kept for up to 90 days after an account is closed.
