Dhanur AI

For shops and D2C brands

An AI shop assistant that answers from your own product list

Shoppers ask the price, the size, whether it's in stock and where their order is. An AI shop assistant answers from your product table and policies on your website chat and chat link, in English, Hindi or Hinglish. It saves bulk and wholesale enquiries as leads and hands problem orders to you.

About ₹2.17 a reply on the Smart level. ₹25 of free credits, then pay as you go. What it costs

Who it's for

Is this you?

  • Local shops and showrooms that share a chat link or a QR code at the counter
  • D2C brands selling on their own website
  • Owners who keep prices and stock in Excel or another spreadsheet
  • Teams who want bulk orders and complaints to reach a person

The problem

In your words

  • I answer "price?" and "size available?" all day.
  • By the time I reply, the customer has bought somewhere else.
  • Every second message is "where is my order?"
  • Wholesale enquiries get lost in the chats.

An example, not a customer

An example clothing shop in Indore

A family-run clothing shop in Indore with a website and a QR code at the counter. The shop is made up, to show how the jobs fit together. Every step uses something that is live today.

  1. 9:30 am

    Starts from today's stock list

The owner imports this morning's Excel file into the product table, replacing yesterday's rows. The shop's instructions let the agent share what the stock column says.

  2. 10:15 am

Answers a price and size question

A shopper scans the QR code and asks, in Hinglish, the price of a cotton kurta set and whether XL is there. The agent looks it up in the table and answers in Hinglish.

  3. 12:40 pm

    Handles "where is my order?"

An online customer asks about a parcel. The agent explains delivery times and tracking from the shop's delivery policy, asks for the order number and passes it to the team.

  4. 2:10 pm

    Saves a bulk enquiry

Someone wants 40 sets for a family wedding. The agent asks the quantity, budget and date, saves them as a lead and emails the owner.

  5. 5:00 pm

    Hands over a damaged item

A customer says a kurta arrived torn. The agent doesn't promise a refund. It hands the conversation to the owner with the reason.

  6. 8:00 pm

    Shows the day

Tasks has every conversation with its cost in rupees, and the Leads page has the wedding order with its stage and its cost so far.

What it does

Each job, and where it stands today

Live works in the app today. Pilot works today for a small number of workspaces. Next is being built now. Planned is on the plan, with no date.

  • Answer from your product table

    Live

Import products, sizes and prices from Excel or CSV, up to 5,000 rows. The agent looks up the rows it needs, so it answers exact questions like "Is the blue one there in XL?"

    How it works
  • Answer stock questions from your data

    Live

It says what your table says, so keep the stock column current by importing the file again. The shop templates tell it never to promise stock; change that line if your table is up to date.

    How it works
  • Answer from your website and policies

    Live

Reads your website and your delivery, returns and cash-on-delivery pages, and reads them again every week or month if you choose.

    How it works

    Live

No website needed. Share the link on WhatsApp or in your profile, or print the QR code for the counter.

    How it works
  • Reply in English, Hindi or Hinglish

    Live

Answers in the language the shopper writes in, and says it is an AI in its first reply.

  • Answer on WhatsApp

    Pilot

On a WhatsApp number our team connects, for a small number of workspaces. You can't connect your own number from the app yet.

    How it works

    Planned

Finds an order by its number and tells the customer where it is, on WhatsApp.

Every feature and its status is on the feature status page.

You stay in charge

What stays with you

  • Refunds, damaged items and payment problems come to you, with the reason.
  • Prices and stock come only from your data. You write once what no agent may promise, such as a delivery date or a discount.
  • You choose whether replies go out on their own or wait for your OK, and you can edit a reply before it goes.
  • Your team follows up bulk leads. The Leads page shows each one's stage and what it has cost so far.

Before you decide

Good to know

  • It doesn't answer Instagram DMs. Answering on WhatsApp is a pilot, on numbers our team connects.
  • Its answers are only as current as your table and pages. Import the file again when prices or stock change.
  • It doesn't take payments in the chat. Payment links are planned.
  • It doesn't take phone calls.
