Dhanur AI is now three products, and we are on Product Hunt today
From today dhanurai.com has a door for shops, one for coaching institutes and one for every other business. Here is what each one does today, what is still planned, what it costs, and where to tell us what confused you.
A week ago our founder asked ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini 18 questions a shop owner or a coaching institute might ask, such as "AI assistant for my bakery that replies in Hindi". Across 54 answers, not one named Dhanur AI. Asked about us by name, one said we focus on real estate. We don't.
Part of the fix is saying clearly who we are for. So from today, dhanurai.com has three doors.
The three products
Dhanur Business is for shops, home bakers, cafés and boutiques, often with no website. You teach a helper by chatting with it, or by sending a photo of your rate card. It answers your customers from what you taught it, in Hindi, Hinglish or English.
Dhanur Enterprise is for coaching institutes and brands with several centres. Every enquiry is answered and qualified, counselling calls are booked, and you see what each enquiry cost.
Dhanur AI Platform is for any business: consultants, clinics, agencies and services. It is the same platform as before, on its own page.
All three run on the same AI employees, and all three cost the same.
What works today, and what does not yet
We would rather you know this before you sign up than find out after.
- Works today, for everyone: an AI employee that answers customers on a chat link, a QR code, website chat or email, from your own information. It asks you before anything sensitive, and every reply shows its cost in rupees.
- Dhanur Business is a pilot. The helper that answers your customers works today. Orders, an orders board, payments and a shop page are planned, with a pilot from 12 November for businesses on the pilot list.
- Dhanur Enterprise's core works today. Codes, referral partners and campaigns come next.
- WhatsApp is in pilot: our team connects a number for a small number of businesses.
- Voice notes are planned. Today we support and test Hindi, Hinglish and English.
Every row is on the feature status page, marked Live, Next or Planned.
No website? Start by chatting
Most small businesses in India run on a phone, a rate card and WhatsApp, not a website. So the home page now offers two equal ways in: paste your website, or start by chatting. In the chat, your AI employee asks one thing at a time, such as what you sell and when you are open. Each fact waits for your OK before it is used.
What it costs
Every new workspace starts with ₹25 of free credits and no card. After that you pay as you go: about ₹2.17 a reply from a Smart agent. There is no monthly fee, and every top-up comes with a GST invoice. The pricing page has a tab for each product and a worked example for a home bakery.
Also new this week
- Every workspace now has 5 seats, up from 2.
- Your balance updates live while you test, so you can see what each test message cost.
- In the teaching chat, a photo now waits in the message box until you press Send.
The full list is in the changelog.
