Your AI employee now makes posters and takes meeting notes, in Hindi too

Agents on Dhanur AI can now create product photos and posters with Hindi or English lettering, and send an AI notetaker to a Google Meet, Zoom, Teams or Webex call. How each works, what it costs, where it stops, and how we handle consent and recordings.

Update, 27 September 2026: making images with AI is paused. Use a stock photo or your own; see Images for your posts.

Two new tools went live today. An agent can create an image, a product photo or a poster with Hindi or English lettering, and send it with its reply. And it can send a meeting notetaker to a Google Meet, Zoom, Teams or Webex call, then write the notes.

Both stay off until an Owner, Admin or Builder turns them on under Tools in the agent's Build tab and publishes it. The examples below are made up, to show the idea.

Create an image

Ask in plain words. There are two kinds:

  • A photo of a product, a place or a scene.
  • A poster: an image with printed words. Put the exact words in quotes, in the language they should appear in, Hindi or English.

You can ask for square (posts), portrait (stories and flyers) or landscape (banners).

For example: a coaching centre asks the agent in Team chat for "a portrait poster that says 'नया बैच, प्रवेश शुरू' and 'Class 10 Maths'". A kitchenware trader asks for "a photo of our copper water bottles on a wooden shelf". The image comes back with the reply.

Where images show, and where they don't yet

Images show in Team chat, the test chat, website chat, share links, the task page and the run API. Email, WhatsApp and Slack replies can't carry an image yet; there, the agent says so instead of making one.

Because images work in website chat, customers talking to that agent can ask for one too. The tool runs without asking by default; set it to ask first if you want to check each image.

Limits and safety

  • At most 4 images per task, and 3 with one reply.
  • Unsafe requests are turned down, and the agent offers something else.
  • No images of real, named people or of other companies' logos.
  • Images stay with the task for 90 days.
  • Images only: no video or voice.

Label AI images when you publish them

Every image is made by AI, and its file name says so (ai-image-…). When you post or print one, say that it is AI-generated, as Indian rules on synthetic media expect.

Send a meeting notetaker

Paste a meeting link to the agent in Team chat or Slack, such as Join https://meet.google.com/… and take notes. An AI notetaker joins and records. About 10 minutes after the meeting ends, the agent writes back in the same conversation:

  • a two-line summary
  • the decisions
  • action items: who, what and by when
  • open questions

If you ask when you send it, the agent can also act on the notes, with its tools and your approval settings: "save anyone interested as a lead", or "email the action items to the team".

For example: a clinic's owner has a Zoom call with a diagnostics lab about home sample collection, half of it in Hindi. They paste the link in Slack. Afterwards, the notes say what was agreed, who is sending the rate card, and by when. English, Hindi and a mix of both are transcribed.

To send one later, paste the link with the start time; book at least 12 minutes ahead so it joins on time.

The notetaker joins as "(your agent's name) (AI notetaker, recording)". As it joins, it says in the meeting chat that it is an AI recording the meeting for your business, and how to have it removed. Tell the people in the meeting you are sending it. Anyone can ask the host to remove it.

Only your team can send one, from Team chat, Slack or the run API. Never from a customer chat.

What we keep

The transcript stays with the task. The recording is deleted once the transcript is in, and the meeting link is stored encrypted. The notetaker doesn't read your calendar to find meetings; it only joins the links you send.

Limits

At most 3 notetakers in meetings at once per workspace, and 3 hours in one meeting. If it can't join, for example because nobody let it in from the waiting room within 10 minutes, the agent tells you why and you are not charged.

What they cost

Both are charged in credits, and the cost shows on the task: each image on its own, and the notetaker by the time it spends joining and in the meeting. Rates are on our pricing page, and every new workspace starts with ₹25 of free credit.

Who handles the data

Images are made by fal.ai, and the notetaker runs on Recall.ai. Our privacy policy now names both, and the app asks you to accept the new version.
