Your AI employee now books appointments, sends outreach from your Gmail and answers your team in Slack

Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack and HubSpot now connect straight to Dhanur AI. What each one lets a small business do, an everyday example of each, what Dhanur AI can and cannot see, and what early access means while Google and HubSpot finish reviewing our app.

Since 24 September, agents on Dhanur AI can work inside four apps many small businesses already use: Google Calendar, Gmail, Slack and HubSpot. The businesses in the examples are made up, to show the idea.

Google Calendar: book appointments

The agent checks your Google Calendar, offers a few free times and books the one the customer picks. You set your hours, the appointment length and the days you work. Bookings go straight onto the calendar by default, or can wait for your approval.

For example: a physiotherapy clinic takes 30-minute appointments, Monday to Saturday. A patient asks for Thursday evening. The agent offers the free slots, asks for their name and phone number, checks the time is still free, and books it. A patient who gives an email address gets a calendar invite. The event says an AI assistant booked it and links to the conversation.

Gmail: outreach to business contacts

A campaign emails a list of business contacts from your own Gmail address. From your brief, the agent writes each email for that person, sends up to two follow-ups, and stops when they reply. It answers replies from the same Gmail.

For example: a packaging trader wants to tell the shops and caterers it already supplies about a new range. The owner uploads a CSV of contacts and checks each email before it goes, which is the default. Every email says an AI assistant wrote it, and anyone who replies STOP hears nothing more from any campaign in the workspace.

The limits are deliberate: 500 contacts a campaign, 100 emails a day, sent Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm. The agent never adds prices, clients or claims that are not in your brief. It does not find leads for you, and it is only for contacts who can reasonably expect to hear from you.

Writing each email is charged like a reply; sending through Gmail costs nothing extra today. Send outreach from your Gmail

Slack: answer your team

Mention the app in a channel or message it directly, and your agent answers in the thread, from its knowledge.

For example: a coaching centre keeps its fee, refund and batch-change rules in an internal helper agent. A counsellor asks "@Dhanur AI can a student move to the evening batch mid-term?" and gets the centre's own rule in the thread.

In channels, the app only sees messages that mention it. Replies go straight to Slack because the people asking are your own team; other actions, such as emails, still follow the agent's approval settings. Answer your team in Slack

HubSpot: leads that reach your CRM

Every lead the agent saves in a real conversation becomes a HubSpot contact, with a note: what they need, their budget, timeline and score, that an AI assistant took the lead, and a link to the conversation.

For example: the same coaching centre's website agent takes admission enquiries. A parent asks about Class 11 science and leaves their name, email and number. When a counsellor opens HubSpot, the contact and note are already there. If the parent was already a contact, only empty fields are filled in; what the team typed stays.

Agents can also look up a contact by email, read-only. Copy leads to HubSpot

What Dhanur AI can see

  • Google Calendar: when you are free or busy, your calendars' names and the events the agent creates. Not what your other events are.
  • Gmail: permission to send only. We never read your mailbox.
  • Slack: messages that mention the app, and direct messages to it.
  • HubSpot: contacts, and the notes the agent adds.

We never see your password, and Disconnect cancels the permission.

What early access means

All four are live, but Google and HubSpot have not finished reviewing our app, so both show a warning while you connect:

  • Google shows an "unverified app" screen. Select Continue. Until its review is done, at most 100 Google accounts can connect.
  • HubSpot asks you to type I accept the risk. Until our listing is approved, at most 25 HubSpot accounts can connect.

What it does not do

  • WhatsApp. It is still marked Next on our status page.
  • Microsoft Teams chat. Agents answer your team in Slack only.
  • Zoho CRM or Salesforce directly. They are only in our connected apps pilot.
  • Read your calendar events. We see free and busy times only, on purpose.

Try it

An Owner or Admin connects each app from Integrations (how). Every task shows its cost in credits, and new workspaces start with ₹25 of free credit. Create a workspace and try a booking in the test chat first: it reads your real free times, but never books.
